Free and New Audiobooks?

Published by Administrator at December 4th, 2006
gimmemore_01 asked:

Does anyone know of a site where I can get newer bestseller audiobooks for free?

I’m looking for specifically young adult novels, like middle and high school.

I’m especially looking for:

Stephanie Meyer - Twilight (and its sequels)
Phillip Pullman - The Golden Compass (and its sequels)
Christopher Paolini - Eragon
Steven Gould - Jumper
Roald Dahl - (basically anything)
Dr. Seuss - (basically anything)

Thanks in advance! This would be very helpful.

*By the way, I’ve already checked my 4 local libraries and none of them have any of these.
and also:
anything by Louis Sachar
and A Series Of Unfortunate Events: The End by Lemony Snicket.
I tried the eNYPL, but you have to be a memebr of their library to download audiobooks. I live about 10 hours away from NYC, so I don’t think I’ll be doing that.

Try the New York City library. They have a full selection of audiobooks that you can listen to on your computer and many of them you can download to put on a personal player. No charge, you only have to download a program that allows you to get them on your iPOD or other player. Good luck.

Easy to use links that will help with all your research needs, try typing a keyword or two into the search engine and see what happens.
